6AR

A lovely Friday after a rather busy and stressful SATs week! A cinema trip to see Peter Rabbit this morning (courtesy of FOSLS) followed by a picnic in the sunshine at the Castle Gardens. We’re all very proud of each and every one of you for the hard work and determination you have shown so far this year, well done year 6.

6AR had a lovely, sunny afternoon setting up the new gazebo’s, courtesy of FOSLS.

Wow, what a fantastic class assembly. The children performed their assembly about peace on Christmas Day, 1914, brilliantly. Mr Archer is extremely proud of all of you – well done!

6AR had a lovely time with their parents and grandparents during craft afternoon. They have been sewing and stuffing to make Christmas decorations/toys.

6AR enjoying their new books bought to them by FOSLS.

6AR doing some practical maths involving bikes, kayaks and waters skis!

6AR enjoying the dragon workshop with Mrs Brown, inspiring our budding future authors.

Please see below photos of one of our problem solving groups getting to grips with some tricky problems during a Maths lesson.

West Mercia Police invited some of our Year 6 pupils to their police headquarters at Hindlip Hall in Worcester. This is part of their 50th Birthday celebrations. Please see below photographs of the selected pupils from 6AR enjoying the day.
